Happy Hour is 2:00 to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday, 2-1 drinks

Our large private roof deck is particularly good for Happy Hour if you are a smoker. The food is great and the people are friendly.

The first cartoon walls were drawn over a period of time during the late 1960's by New York's most prominent artists.

It is a reminder of the hayday of Costellos - a known haunt of New York newspaper men. Regarded by the national cartoon society as a historical treasure, the wall enjoys a prominent and affectionate display in Overlook.
